The diagnostic evaluation of my car was very thorough. The breakdown of the repairs and the prices for each were very clear. I could pick the services I wanted done and decline others. All of my questions were answered and everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. The repairs were complete in a reasonable time frame.
